Use this structure to price a service with defined deliverables before work begins. Make scope and exclusions explicit and ask for approval through the agreed communication channel.

Prepare these fields first

• Your business name and appropriate contact details.
• The correct customer name, not an approximate chat name.
• Document number, date and currency.
• Description, quantity and unit price for each item.
• Agreed payment and scope notes, discounts and applicable charges.
